At GASPER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all GASPER tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

Print and Ship

Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
